2014 Residential Building of the Year - 1st Place

This structure represents what we see as the single most up-and-coming trend in post frame. We show this project to new customers frequently and it never fails to impress. It offers the perfect combination of living space, exterior leisure space (under the porch), and shop space for items such as lawn mowers, snow-mobiles, trucks, and tractors.

Shop+Home=Shome®.

This Shome™ is a trendsetting structure representing modern country living. It is perfectly situated next to a large pond offering a beautiful view from the porch. The interior loft and balcony is gorgeous. The stained/heated concrete floors are both elegant and warm!

Post frame construction was selected vs. traditional stud wall construction because of the height required, for the easier use of metal siding and roofing, and to allow for a large, heated work shop/storage space.
