Greiner Buildings won third place in the commercial/industrial division with Ryan Walker’s 60’ x 100’ x 18’ lined and insulated building.
Ryan Walker’s building was a great addition to the west end industrial park of Washington, IA and represents the new trend of seed treating by individual dealers. Syngenta Seeds and Ryan Walker teamed up to host a wonderful grand opening where many local farmers came for a presentation and lunch. The building is used for seed storage/treatment, business office, and conference room.
The building has everything to run a successful business: large heated space for seed storage, loading dock, storage mezzanine, and offices. Prominently positioned on a main highway, it has a large mezzanine for storage and a play area for when kids visit.
Post frame is perfect when needing 18′ height and large entry doors while maintaining energy efficiency during tough Iowa winters. The insulated trench footing with posts in ground offers a perfect combo of strength and energy efficiency.
