Central Iowa General Manager

We are currently seeking a Central Iowa General Manager to execute the regional business plan that includes Profit and Loss responsibility. Minimum qualification requirement of three years of running your own business or working in a job with P&L responsibility. Construction background preferred. Valid driver’s license with ability to obtain CDL is preferred. Competitive salary, commissions, benefits and advancement opportunities are just some of the advantages at Greiner Buildings. • Be an achievement-oriented professional with an extensive background in management

• Have a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects

• Be an effective communicator and team leader

• Have significant experience in managing and leading people in a construction environment would be desired

• Provide sales support by providing budget estimates, general bids or accurate bids as appropriate|

• Work closely with management and financial personnel to ensure profitable operations

• Develop strong customer relationships for continued satisfaction

• Improve profitability through sales and marketing strategies along with reduced expenses

• Analyze branch profit and loss to maximize revenue

• Possess an ability for technical applications, office software proficiency and problem solving

• Experience in hiring, training and developing our growing staff

• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures as well as business ethics and ensures this is communicated and implemented within the team

• Consistently propose, implement, and follow through with changes that promote increased efficiency at your branch and throughout the company

• Motivate, inspire and lead by example

• A strong record of learning new industries
