Sustainable Solutions, LLC’s landmark commercial condominium, houses four local businesses and was one of the first structures built in the newest industrial park of Washington, Iowa. The condominium measures 48’ x 120’ x 16’. Its symmetrical design features extended fascia, awnings, decorative stone, cupolas with glass and lighting, flying gables, and Dutch corners. Our clients chose post-frame construction for its affordability, flexibility, and visual appeal. The resulting structure is cost-effective and low maintenance, both inside and out.
